Utility Billing

Welcome to the City of Manor's Online Bill Payment System. You must pay your utility bill by 5:00 p.m. on or before the 15th of each month in order to avoid late charges being added to your account. There is a $3 credit card processing fee to process your payment.  If your account enters "disconnected status" and you pay your bill online after 5:00 p.m. you will be charged a penalty fee that is non-refundable.  The online utility system does not accept partial payments, and the City of Manor will not reimburse overages on accounts or reverse penalty fees. Please contact our office directly to make a partial payment or you may come in person to Manor City Hall.
