Welcome to the City of Manor's Online Bill Payment System. You must pay your utility bill by
5:00 p.m. on or before the 15th of each month in order to avoid late charges being added to your account.
There is a $3 credit card processing fee to process your payment. If your account enters "disconnected status" and you pay your bill online after 5:00 p.m. you will be charged a reconnect fee that is non-refundable.
The online utility system does not accept partial payments, and the City of Manor will not reimburse overages on accounts.
