It is not the responsibility of the City of Manor to verify your identity when using this site to make a plea/pay your citation; therefore, once a plea and payment have been made it is assumed the Defendant is the individual making a plea/payment. By paying on this site, you understand that a conviction (declaration that you are guilty of a criminal offense) will be reported to the Department of Public Safety. (unless you have a standing agreement with the court stating otherwise)
